Warranty

At Lightning Underlayment we have made every effort to provide you with the highest quality materials.  Our materials have been manufactured using well-trained personnel and documented quality procedures.  Which is why we are offering a 5-year limited material warranty.  If at any time you suffer and termite infestation due to faulty material.  We will gladly refund your money provided a proof of purchase and pictures of the damage.  Warranty does not cover any mold or moisture damage of any kind.  Monetary compensation will be awarded in the full amount of purchase price on receipt and does not cover any damages to purchaser’s property by the wood-destroying insect. Each warranty claim will be evaluated on and individual basis. Warranty claims will only be honored through obex11.com purchases. Lightning Underlayment reserves the right to deny any claims, which it believes, could be false. Lightning Underlayment makes no warranties of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose, nor any other express or implied warranty except as stated. Purchaser assumes all responsibility for safety and use not in accordance with label, directions and precautionary statements.
